Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
All costs associated with shipping returned items back to Pokeworld Australia are at the buyers expense. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ugur@pokeworldaustralia.com or accounts@pokeworldaustralia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with further information on the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs) if opened or unsealed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically have store credit


Pre-Order Refund Policy:

Please note that all pre-orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if a refund is requested. This fee is necessary due to the fact that our products are monitored across multiple platforms and may be reserved or processed based on these external platforms' data.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming, as refunds after the pre-order is placed will incur this restocking fee.
